I met Jude years ago at the PDX Bike show. She was professional and kind. It was clear to me she knew her business and from what I saw of her display of products she produced top-notch Craftsmanship built wheels. I thought to myself someday I will have her Build me a set of wheels (Dreaming). Well my dream came True.I am So Very Pleased. I can't say enough good things about Jude and Sugar Wheel Works. I broke a bladed spoke on my ENVE wheelset yesterday, two days before I leave for Mountain Bike Oregon. I called the shop last night and even though it was one hour after closing time, Jude answered the phone. She explained that they are backed up several weeks with wheel builds but if I brought the wheel in when they opened the next day, she would get me in. 5 stars? Absolutely. This is what custom work is all about. I got more than I expeceted for awesome wheels. The service, communication and support couldn't have been better.
Called twice to discuss new wheels for my gravel bike. Outstanding customer service, talked me through the options. Got my new wheels about 3 weeks ago and it's amazing how much better the ride is!!! Thanks for all the craftsmanship you put into your work. Definitely will continue being a happy customer.
Best wheelset I have ridden yet. The custom build was tricky with the hub specification on my Storck Aernario w/disc brakes. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
