I believe you need to get up grades done, all the mold on the balconies, etc., the hot tub needs to be put back in, the tables and chairs need to be put back in the rooms, no one wants to try and eat dinner or lunch at a bar under the tv, that was a waste of money, never enough kitchen items in the kitchen, no cutting knives, I had one fork, 2 spoons, 1 cup, 2 small glasses, etc., we pay good money to stay there and there is no reason upgrades shouldn’t be done. The front desk staff was wonderful and very welcoming, which was definitely a positive! Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a different experience. The parking situation isn’t great since it’s shared with the public beach entrance, so finding a spot was difficult. Our room had an ocean view, which was nice, but the room and bathroom were very outdated. There were cracks and visible mold in the bathroom and on the ceilings, and we even had small black bugs falling onto the bed, which was definitely unsettling. We only stayed ... read more

The location and the room was great, My only issue with the room was that there was a orange outdoor extension cord plugged into an outlet below the TV and ran under the counter and behind the stove and connected to the refrigerator and microwaveI. I might do that in my own home as a temporary measure, but in a hotel room I don’t think it would be a good idea. Also, Parking was free, But it was hit or miss because the parking lot was not owned by the hotel and you had to use a code to get free parking. I would think a hotel ... read more
