The location was Great the front desk was great especially the lady that checked me in that night when I came in, I don’t recall her name she was Amazing, great hospitality personality. The only thing when we got into the room, there was a roach in our bathroom, crawling on the tub. Also, there was a broom by the side of the entrance door. When you move the broom, it looked like they had swept up the room, but didn’t pick up the dust. I didn’t get a picture of that but i definitely got a picture of the tub
The room had no toilet paper, the check in process was not comprehensive and the room was cold (with no clear instructions that communicated that the thermostat on the wall could not be used to adjust the temperature). Overall, my experience was not pleasant and I won’t return to this property.
Upon booking the pictures were amazing upon arrival there were roaches in the room and I had to go get spray from store to spray for them The next day maintenance came to spray but I had already done it The back door didn't line up with the AC sensor so the regular AC wouldn't work had to use the window unit which was extremely loud and sounded like a siren going off. The stay for my family and I was great. The customer service was amazing.. Tyler was always there when I called and whatever we needed she got to us within a few minutes. This will definitely be our place when we're in Panama City.
