I went yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately the provider I wanted was off. I was given to one who did an average job my last visit. No one there seems happy to do what they are doing. Seems as though they are just there. My pedicure was done first. It felt as though the back of my foot was cut when she was rubbing my callous with a device that looked like a grater you’d use in the kitchen. I will never in a million years come back to this nail salon. Fiona started doing my daughter’s nails, but if she knew she had to leave at 7:00 p.m., she should have told us from the beginning instead of stopping in the middle of the service. After making us wait for 30 minutes, we were told to go home and come back tomorrow. I was beyond upset. I had come here before for a pedicure and had a great experience, but a few days ago I came for a manicure, and my cuticles were cut so far back that half of my fingers were bleeding. They then rubbed my nails with polish remover for a second time, right into the bleeding cuticle areas. I would recommend another salon if you are looking for a regular polish manicure.

I went here after they opened. Horrible communication and lackluster pedicure, the motions are there, but effort to do the job is absent. No care, no relaxation. Pure apathy for doing a job. Weak and super short leg and foot massage, more like applying lotion quickly. Paint job was amature, messy. I was really looking forward to this salon. Disappointed. Boo. I hope they do better.
