I wish I could give this place a negative rating. We moved into an townhouse here 5 years ago. We loved our townhouse...at first. We started having issues within the first couple of months. The downstairs toilet ran constantly if you didn't jiggle the handle just right. It ended up flooding the whole downstairs at 2 in the morning. The upstairs bathroom was leaking into the living room which caused a small hole in the ceiling of the living room.
