Absolutely horrible. I had french tip gel nails and I usually get these and the removal is perfectly fine no thinned out nails but when i come to this place they break my nail in the store. I showed the lady and she was like “Oh my god” and she fixed it but like that is unacceptable. Later that day my big toe nail broke and about a few days later so did my other toe nail.
