nice I am very pleased with the service I received and the care that was given to my dog.
good job I thought the care our dog Katy received was great. Everyone was kind and concerned about our dog. The doctors explained in detail what they were going to do before surgery and were very helpful when I would call with concerns once Katy was home. Thank you for everything ya'll did to get our little dog well.

Excellent! If I could give them 6 stars I would! I adopted a dog from a rescue and shortly after her adoption I realized she was ill. After recieving a minimally invasive workup they got a game plan together for her and she had surgery...8 months later she is doing FABULOUS! Everybody there was great there, they called her and I by name and hugged us both when they saw us. Care my baby recieved I had to take my dog Mo to the Emergency room when he was sick. He just started throwing up and couldn't stop. The lady up front was really nice when I talked to her and I felt like they knew how worried I was about my baby. There was a wait, but nothing like I have had to wait at the human emergency room. The doctor I saw was Dr. Douglass, she was concerned that Mo might have eaten something he shouldnt have and she wanted to run blood work. good The staff was excellent and very compassionate. They took care of my kitty while we were deciding what course of action to take. The doctor explained our options in detail but in words we could easily understand, even in our grief. After they euthanized my kitty, they wrapped her so respectfully in a little box to give to us. They handled her and us just perfectly.
good This is the second time I've had to visit this clinic and I will not hesitate to return. The staff is always friendly and makes me and my pet feel welcome. I've never had to wait when I've visited either which is very important, especially at 7:00 on a week night. The staff always tells me what's going on with the process and best of all...they don't look at me like I'm crazy when I bring my dog in and explain the reason why.
good job My Yorkie had an attack of Pancreatitis (although I had no idea what was wrong with him when we arrived, just knew he was VERY sick) and I was extremely worried. Dr. Douglass and the receptionist/technician saw us immediately (at 3:30 in the morning), diagnosed his condition within about 30-40 minutes, eased his pain, and treated us with respect and concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Douglass and this facility to anyone I know. Thank you so much!
