good task Unfortunatley we had to bring one of our three Jacks the clinic after an infection set in after a little brawl over a bone. Being new to the area we have not established a vet locally and still maintain our louisiana vet due to regualar visits back home. The staff was very understanding to our sitiuation and took very good care of our little Abby as well as us during such a difficult time. good job We and our cat received immediate, comforting care (physically and emotionally) from the moment we arrived to the time we p/u our Kitty-Ah. It's like the staff reversed the declining physical drama of our cat's condition due to their professional actions. We felt they literally saved our cat's life(good thing Kitty-Ah has those '9 lives'!).Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Love Ya.

good task Our beloved dog,Zeke Diggs, was referred on an emergency basis. Drs. Medici and Hennessey did everything to save him, but were notable to. Their care and compassion have made this difficult time for us more bearable. They have answered our questions and have called us back when we had more questions. Dr. Medici was off the next day after Zeke's death, but called us upon her return to express her condolences. This gives us great comfort knowing he was so well cared for during his last hours of life.

good job My wife and I are most impressed and happy with the treatments and the successful surgery performed on our beloved poodle Max whose health has remarkably, if not miraculously improved. good food Dr. Douglass and Fraulein Hidalgo were so compassionate and caring with my dog, Darby. I could not have asked for better care for him in his last hour of life. I would definitely reccommend them and the vet hospital to anyone.

good job My pet didn't make it due to critical heart failure and I had to let her go. I was heartbroken, but the staff has helped me so much. They are the nicest people I've ever met. I appreciate every one of them, especially the technician who directly cared for my pet. She's not only very professional but also kind and supportive. I'm glad I had her during that difficult time.

good job My sweet Lily got into rat poison Sunday night. We called ahead and told them we were on our way. They were ready for us, although we did have to wait a bit in the room. Dr. New explained everything to us and what the plan of treatment was. She decided to keep Lily overnight just as a precaution so she could watch her through the night. Dr. New was very caring and informative.

good work Of all my years of owning dogs, have I ever been in such a clean vet office. The staff was exceptional, in friendliness and in answering questions. As worried as I was about my dog, they made my appointment comfortable.

very nice We were recommended to your clinic by my daughter. From the first meeting there, we were completly inpressed by the attitude, demenor and professional staff. Everyone we were in contact with was fantastic.
