Always amazing to us and our animals! Makes sure to accommodate us in emergency situations and are very patient and caring
I was very disappointed and angry after having a 5:40 appointment tonight and being put in a room and by 5:56 p.m. NO ONE had come in yet!! I walked out and will no longer be taking my dogs here again, after 25+ years!! I haven't even received a phone call to apologize!!
Absolutely love this place. They were amazing with Tucker through the end. Dr. Lancaster is kind and compassionate beyond belief. He gave me and my husband (mostly me) all the time we needed with Tucker before, during and after his final moments. His genuine care and concern for Tucker will always be remembered. Tucker had the horrific disease degenerative myelopathy that was all too quickly taking his life and Dr. Lancaster helped ease his suffering and now Tucker is at rest. Dr Jebbins and staff were great with our big old lab, Brody. He loves going in car but mad and scared when he finds out it's to the vet! He wouldn't get out of car after....stayed in car with doors open in heated garage till Dad got home with a treat(burger)!
It's the best animal Clinic in the metro area with owner Dr Craig Zabel and a very good and polite staff. Dr Craig as taken care of my three cats and I trust Dr. Craig with the best treatment for my cats
