Dr Turcotte was very knowledgeable and took her time with my dog Tilly sat down with her and explained to me what our options are - I was very impressed and have recommended to other people also. Very impressive!
They take great care of my kitties and don’t ever try to do anything that’s not necessary. Friendly staff who always make you feel welcome and love on your pets like they’re their own! :)
These ladies were so wonderful with Miss Allis, my tiny Siamese! They gave her all the attn she could ever want while she was sick and staying for a few days. Dr. called me twice everyday with updates. The ladies and dr gave me some much needed explanations and suggestions, very knowledable and understanding staff. And the bill didn't break the bank, thought it would for all the excellent care she rec'd!
Our vet referred us to Sugar Grove Animal hospital for my dogs torn acl. Dr. Turcotte is a wonderful caring surgeon. Now he can play with his brother again
These people are amazing and honest. Prices are fair, and care is top notch. We have seen them for everything from a new puppy, surgeries, to end of life care. Every experience has been positive. My family can’t thank them enough. Signed Sunshine (lumpectomy), Poe (stitches), Cinder Cat (end of life care), and Diana (suspected in the case of eating too much kibble! Lol).
I ended up at SG Animal hospital on an emergency visit with my cat who appeared to have broken his leg. The amount of care and urgency they gave to us was so comforting and incredibly out of the ordinary to other vets We've seen. Needless to say we've found our new favorite clinic and my kitty is on the road to recovery. Thank you Sugar Grove Animal Hospital, you guys are truly amazing!
For years I traveled to Plainfield for an affordable vet. About 4 years ago we moved to Sugar Grove and now I'll never have to travel again. Not to mention my husband had his dogs going to River Heights in Oswego which was significantly over priced and ran every test under the sun, many for no reason.
