I called worried about my cat having an allergic reaction and they got me in straight away. the vet and vet tech were very kind and understanding and the vet went over some concerns I had about my fur baby. I was able to get medication, advice and updated shots and it didn't break the bank. The receptionists who checked me in were also super friendly and answered the questions I had. Can't recommend enough.
I recently moved to Illinois, more specifically to Chicago. I have 2 dogs, an 8 year old rescue coonhound, and a 14 year old beagle. I found Sugar Grove Animal Hospital by searching for a more affordable option after being quoted a few thousand dollars to get both of their teeth cleaned. Although Sugar Grove is an hour drive from me- it is 100% worth it. Dr. Kovalick is wonderful, very attentive, thorough, and took the time to really look at my boys and answer all my questions. Dr. Lancaster and the vet techs are always very helpful and kind. Their prices are fair and they've taken great care of my dog over the years.
The folks at Sugar Grove Animal Hospital are fantastic; they not only care for our dogs they know them very well. The veterinarians like Dr. Kelly and Vet Techs like Corrine rock are so talented and kind.
I have a new dog with fear of having his nails cut. so at the recommendation of the staff we scheduled to have him sedated for it. 3hrs after dropping him off I get a call that they can't get near him to muzzle and sedate. I was home all day and told the staff that. I'm 10mins away. then they tell me they will have to reschedule since they waiting so long hoping he would calm down. insteading of calling me right away to come down. once there I was able to muzzle him in seconds and had to hold my dog myself while the vet cut ... read more
