This was my first visit to Biloxi, Hard Rock, And Sugar Factory. I waited for quite some time to be seated. When a worker finally appeared, she asked if I was "OK". I told her I wanted to order a hot chocolate from the posted menu. She curtly told me they were out of cocoa, and I should go to Dunkin Donuts. This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Terrible service. Slow service. Took an hour and 15 minutes to receive my main dish. Never got my appetizer or my side of fries. Asked repeatedly for a beverage refill and never got it. Waitress was blaming all this on being short handed but I saw plenty of employees. Not even very busy The candy shop was a joke. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Came here hoping to have a nice experience but unfortunately the service was fair and the food very disappointing. The server didn’t come and check on our party and we ran out of drinks. The food came for everyone but me. I actually had to tell the server. When my sampler plate came, the food was not good. The chicken tenders were over cooked, I could ring the oil out of the onion rings. No silverware was brought to our table. I had to go up to the bar and ask for silverware.
