My first experience with Dr. Mathur and staff was very pleasant. The waiting room very small not enough seats for people to sit in. The consultant with Dr. Mathur was very educational for me and has given me options on my dental procedures. Thank you Dr. Mathur,Sara,dental assistant and financial manager for making my first visit an enjoyable one.
I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. When I walk through the door the front desk knows me by my name and always greet me with a big smile. Crystal, the lady who always cleans my teeth, is so nice. She makes a point to make sure I am comfortable and answers any questions I may have. It is evident that everyone from the scheduling employee to the assistant to the doctor have your best interest at heart! Loved my first experience!
She fitted me with a partial which fit fairly well, and also a night guard which cracked 4 of my teeth. I returned it to her, showed her my damaged teeth, and all she said was the warranty was over and she wouldn't do anything to resolve my damage. Then she proceeded to tell me I had decay under other teeth which she hadn't previously informed me when I was there 5 months earlier. I have since found out she overcharged me for the night guard, but no matter, she wouldn't make any attempt to repair the damage, or to make it ri... read more
