Poor floating & customer service. Would not recommend unless you want to dodge trees, rocks & other land minds while “relaxing.” Tried to bring it to the attention of a customer service rep and was told I’m ignorant, a drunk & rude. Save your money and to go riverside rentals in Winamac.

NO ONE Said you were ignorant drunk or rude. As I spoke calmly to you, you threatened me and my business by saying I will contact a lawyer. This shows maturity?You have to be responsible on the creek. We greeted you after your trip and your maturity level of flipping off people, yelling at our staff, etc..was uncalled for. Anyone that goes on the creek knows not to take any personal belongings. No one has had any issues here today
RecommendedAll was well until the day we were checking out. It was 11:30am we had planned to check out and park in the visitors parking area and hang out at the beach. We were made aware very rudely that you not only check out but have to be off the premises by noon. We were told we couldn’t go to the beach as a “visitor” although we had paid for two days( just last weekend). Once we were told that we over heard the woman talking to another employee about us trying to go to the beach although we had only 30minutes left. We were annoyed... read more

Departure time is at noon. Visitors are paying to visit a paying camper. Not to play on the creek. We are a privately owned campground. We have had several people think they can just use our private accesses as they are our private accesses we have paid for. Try going to Waveland they have camping and water their. Our rules are made for a reason
it is a nice place. check water level before you go tubing. otherwise you will be walking your tube

We did the 3 mile tubing excursion and would highly recommend! The staff/equipment/trip was amazing, especially compared to a similar trip taken starting at Turkey Run. We will be back!
Definitely recommend this place for kayaking! I usually go to sugar valley but this place is so much prettier and the facilities are super nice and the employees are even nicer! ⛺️👙🐚🌻🚣♀️🛶
Really nice place to camp/cabin and canoeing
We had a great time kayaking the 3 mile trip. First time for my family and it was easy to learn how to control. Very friendly staff. Will definitely do it again.
