RecommendedWe stayed in cabin #3. The staff was super friendly and check in was fast and easy. The cabin was clean and creek was literally right behind us...we had a blast tubing!!! Bathrooms were clean and showers were great. The only thing I wish would have been different is I wish the a/c in the cabin would have been turned on prior to our arrival. After a 3 hour car ride, a/c would have been great...but we will definitely be going back!
Staff is so friendly, our trip was inexpensive, and we had a BLAST! I will definitely do another canoe trip soon!
Loved the campground and all the staff were professional and very helpful. Would highly recommend to everyone for all of the activities, to include canoeing and tubing the creek!
This is a very clean and well cared for property. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Cost of supplies such as ice or firewood is very reasonable. We also really enjoyed tubing down sugar creek. Great family time.
If you want a well organized camping and floating experience, this is your place! Very clean and well maintained properly!! With literally the nicest owners and staff you could imagine!! I would HIGHLY recommend Sugar Creek Campground and Canoe Rental to anyone and everyone!! AWESOME for family or just adults!!
SCCC is top notch! The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful! Their facilities are clean! They have SO much to do for kids and their sites are perfect! We can’t say enough good about this campground. If your looking for a great family campground look no more, this is it!!!
We camp here every year for the 4th of July... great campground..clean facilities... exceptional staff!! running a campground and floating facility is no easy job and this family has figured it out! The boats and tubes are of good quality and worth the rental. One of our favorite campgrounds in Indiana!!
We camped here last weekend with my sister and her family. We had a great time. Lots of things for the kids to do, canoeing and kayaking on sugar creek as well. This is a great place to camp. My only complaint is that, as a family of 5, we have to pay extra because campsites include 4 people, but you can have up to 6 maximum at your site (10.00/person per night extra over the 4). My personal feeling is, it should be parents and their children. Any visitors or extras outside of your family should pay extra, not for your child... read more
Great day yesterday on the creek! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Grounds are extremely clean and well maintained. We even found an awesome spot along the creek to relax in our hammock for a bit. We will return for sure to enjoy camping as well! Thank you, I’m so happy we found this place! — with Corey Mccormick.
