Horrible place to live Bug infested..mold..rusted and smelly drains though out the house..pumping issues..poor ventilation..leaking air units..bad flooring..ugly bathrooms..cheap paint..etc.........
terrible place live puts bug infested Bad maintenance tenants kids stumping out of control mailboxes are blocked by tenants cars tenants complains of others beating on walls landlord say it is out of their hands over charge for rent some apt bug infested landlord show favoritism between tenants maintenance worker are making passes at women tenants poor winter clean up renters beware!
Great place to live I have been living here for almost 1 year. Never had any issues with anything. I have had to call maintenance twice once for my fridge and the other for my burner and they were very quick to come. for the fridge they came the same day and for the burner the next day. I guess its done in emergency order. Owners and property manager are very nice every time I call. I can honestly say I feel safe where I live. lived in other places but did not feel safe there.
Be careful when moving here First off mantience suck, takes weeks to fix things. Poor landlords/owners. Old apartments, wish I would've never moved here.
lease agreement Apartments are ok buy not really sound proof landlord some tenants have to call the authority's for noise floors are not that strong.
