Great experience We loved living here. The property manager is very friendly and maintenance is always quick and attentive. The apartment is pretty big for the price, and it's really great to have a pool in the summer!

Great Place to live I have been here for almost one year and getting ready to renew my lease. I have nothing bad to say. My apartment is very spacious and my neighbors are quiet. Also, maintenance is great and the office manager Yosi does a great job.

not what you expect Owner is reliable for the lack of property management skills and lack of maintenance attention. Deal with bugs, mice and leaking roof for years. Property management laughs on the phone as you are explaining whats wrong with the apartment. AC units suck and will increase the amount of your electricity bill. Cheap fixes are a specialty here at Suffolk place. I wouldn't blame any of this on anyone, this all falls into the hands of the owners.
