These apartments are not in livable conditions. The Manager Beth and her Assistant Traneka are so unprofessional. They NEVER fix anything and they also have an excuse when it comes down to it. This is horrible and I would not anyone not to move here!!!!!
New doors safe doors for residents & their families. new appliances, lighting in the living area, make it cleaner around the trash bends,I personally witness mice inside the apartments. their is no where for the kids to play safely un working cars in th he parking areas cars of residents parked wherever they want.. deadbolt locks needed, better windows, cabinets in kitchen Need a bell or buzzer to let managers know someone is in the office. No one should have to live unsafe unclean paying their money..
I hate this place and can't wait to move out. Nothing is done when things break. AC has been broke for over a month and nothing has been done about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER!!!!
This place is terrible. We have lived in our two bedroom for almost a year. Day one we move in.. bugs in the kitchen.. Day two air conditioner doesn't work. Mind you I was pregnant when we moved in. They told me that they were sorry but no air conditioning unit ever cools an apartment below 76 ... ( new management said 78). There are cracks around the lights in my son's room ( they said that's not detramental to the apartment), and omg the bugs and fleas everywhere. Very friendly managers and staff if a problem arises they will take care of it and yes certain people just put their trash out of their apartment but they are taking care of that problem also I save money living here and the women are great so yes I like here but I'm not going to pay an extra 500 a month just for a washer and dryer at other apartments I'll buy a house first they have renovated the pool in the back looks grt can't wait till this summer kenny perry
