Terrible experience from start to finish. Attempted to get custom orthotics, they got the orthotics wrong 4 different times! They told me they will call me with updates. Never once called me to let me know anything, i had to call and wait on hold for 20-30 mins each time to get an update. They decided to just refund me and tell me to go somewhere else. 0/10 customer service
Dr. Zehentner & The Crew at Suffolk Foot & Ankle really make you feel welcomed and at home when you enter the office. They continue to be very helpful to me as a Patient.
