I was very pleased with the test done by Dr. Suen. She was very professional and patient, provided me with comprehensive test. Cost of the exam was also very affordable. I would highly recommend this place.

Went there October 6, 2023. Was told I needed to see an eye specialist but Dr. Suen's office had to be the one to make the appointment so I couldn't make one with the specialist myself. Fair. A Month passed and I didn't hear back from anyone. I called Dr Suen's office and the receptionist said that the specialists are just that busy. Fair. Now it's the end of April. Maria Suen herself is great, problem is with the receptionist; it's nearly impossible to get her live on the phone. I've never been able to call and just have someone pick-up, it's always a call back and that too days to a week after....also she wrote down my info in my file incorrectly too and was rude about it until she realized it was her mistake lol. I hate to say this but maybe someone who can keep up would be better suited

Doctors only like to make profit off people instead of REALLY HELPING. My 7 year old was given very unprofessional service and outcome of her concerning eye issues last year. Because I'm less than 2 months shy of an OHIP covered check up, I, a LOW INCOME SINGLE MOTHER OF 2, is subjected to pay Maria Suen $95. Was told it's not her problem because that has nothing to do with her. Trust and believe I will take my problem elsewhere where they care about ALL CHILDREN no matter the situation.
