We miss Marzi Mezzanotti - your new stylist at Suede – Marzi is the bomb and we are totally upset she has fled Flagstaff (300 days of sun) for Seattle. Marzi is beyond a stylist but is a hair god. She transformed both of our heads into something that we could live with everyday but was still a wonderful style. She is missed by all of her clients and Flagstaff and you are lucky to have her working at Suede. Treat her well and she will make you a god. We miss her!!!

Ask for Marzi Mezzanotti - new stylist at Suede – My hair has not been the same since Marzi left for the hinterlands in Seattle. I live in San Diego, and miss her talent tremendously. I've gone to three stylists in the meantime and NONE of them have been able to match her for cut/color, and Marzi doesn't charge a fortune. *sigh* Marzi, please come back to San Diego!! But, my loss is Seattle's gain. Not only did Marzi invent my signature "cherry bomb" two-tone layered hair color (which no one else has), but she is probably th... read more

As I walked past Salon Suede to drop a package off at UPS. I saw my reflection in the glass. I had Scary Hair. On my way back to my car I decide to check out Salon Suede. I asked many questions. I am sure a came across as an obnoxious prude. I moved to Seattle from San Francisco 3 years ago. I went to highly advertised Salons in Seattle, Bellevue. No one seemed to know how to cut let alone color my hair. I decided to book an appointment. Jenna had just had a last minute cancelation. I was very nervous, skeptical. I went home... read more

Diana,Diana,Diana – I have seen Diana for my waxing and facials for about 6mo. now. I swear she has transformed my skin. She reccomended the glycolic series really smoothed out my texture and it seems like it even refined some of those wrinkles. I just love getting the glycolic it makes me feel like my skin is brighter and younger looking. The price is great too! I will definately continue my services with Diana and if your reading this you should start too!!

Average – I would say this salon is average. The price is decent and the work is decent. I saw Agnes a few months ago to get my hair touched up. She's a great listener and overall really nice. Now here's the negative: The dye that this salon uses is extremely harsh. I'm not sure what line they use, but the dye burned my scalp. I've only felt this burning sensation at lower end salons and have never felt this at salons who use quality dyes. To compound this, most quality salons who have given me a base color and highlights do... read more

Business response:

I wanted to apologize if this situation really happened to you. I assure you that all of us at Suede use nothing but top quality hair color. We use a brands that range from Goldwell, Wella, Kadus and L'Oreal. I wish at the time of service that you would have mentioned that your head was burning. Agnes would have without, a doubt rinsed the color off immediately. I have worked with Agnes for many years now and have never seen her color like this nor have results as mentioned above. In the future don't hesitiate to call us reg... read more

Best esthetician anywhere in the city. – I've been to a few estheticians in my lifetime, but Diana Doyle is far and above the best. Whether it's a wax or a facial I know I'll be seen on time, and with my hectic schedule that's extremely important. Diana knows skin and the best skin care products, and her facials are like a mini vacation. Waxing is quick and painless - I mean it! Her warm personality and genuine care for her clients needs make every visit a treat.

Best Brows and Facials – Like other clients, I followed Michelle from Habitude to Suede Salon. I absolutely LOVE her. She does and awesome job on my brows and I always receive tons of compliments. I've been seeing her for about 3 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Her facials are fabulous, too! If you're looking for great brows or waxing in general, book an appointment with Michelle.
