The WORST customer service EVER – I have gone into Suede a number of times to purchase products, ONLY because my stylist USED to work there but does not anymore. Every SINGLE time I go in there, I receive the WORST service ever. I have to stand at the counter while EVERY person in there looks at me and goes about their conversations with each other. Karen is the best! – Karen has been my hairdresser for a couple of years now. Her haircuts are great and she is easily the best colorist I have ever had. I get loads of compliments on my color and people are often surprised that my highlights are not natural! She is always professional and gives loads of tips for keeping your hair looking great! Go see her - you won't be sorry!
Marzi is the bomb! – I called Suede last weekend to make an appointment because I read a good review about them in Seattle Magazine. I was lucky enough to be scheduled with Marzi! She really, truly knows her stuff. Marzi Mezzanotti - BEST, NICEST, MOST TALENTED EVER!!! – Ironically I moved from Seattle to San Diego 9 years ago. Marzi at Salon Suede- Lovely Haircut – After reading reviews on several salons I nervously called Salon Suede. I have been growing out a really tragic haircut so I was both in desperate need and reluctant of another cut. Marzi Mezzanotti cut my hair and did a lovely job. Karen's great!!! – I have been going to Karen for all my hair needs for 3 or 4 years. During this time I have had many different hair styles, colors, highlights, low lights, etc and she always does an amazing job. She really listens to what I want and tells me the steps that need to happen for me to get a great look. I listen to her for what hair products to use to get the most out of my color.
