Heran is so great to work with! We initially thought we would be ready to buy a home and we visited several properties with her. She did additional research to look into programs that we might qualify for without even being asked. We ended up deciding to rent for another year or so but she was very understanding and got us on the listings for rentals right away once we came to that decision. I would highly recommend her. She is AWESOME!
Heran helped my wife and I find a rental property last year. She was very helpful every step of the way, facilitating everything from the home search to our walkthrough with the landlord. She helped us find a townhouse in a beautiful neighborhood that was much better value than the area’s apartment complexes could offer. She kept on top of everything when it came to negotiations and paperwork. To add to that she has a very friendly and helpful demeanor. I definitely recommend Heran Choi!
