Sue Ellen was a hard working professional, helping us to purchase a carriage home in the Colony at Pelican Landing. She provided us background on the community, costs for the HOA and COA, amenities in the area, and an overview of the neighborhood. Despite COVID we were able to personally visit homes for sale.
