EXCELLENT realtor!!! Our home had been on the market for a year with other Realtors. They were wanting us to sell our home for little to nothing. When Sue Ann came along we sold our house for $20,000 more than what others Realtors were wanting to even list it for AND it sold in less than 30 days!!!! High end, high octane rating realtor. Sold our 2 house with ease, and also got full asking price. I followed Dave Ramsey, there are is not any of his ELP in my area. Sue Ann Stevens has gone way beyond what I expected from her and Keller Williams. She's helped me in so many ways that I would never have considered doing. She has provided an interior decorator to stage my home, helped clean off my patio, bought light bulbs, and made sure it was shown on Facebook and placed more than one sign in my yard. I HIGHLY recommend her for your real estate needs. She's done a super job!
