Usually do a good job but yesterday my seats weren't vacuumed off and my console wasn't cleaned off. Just didn't get the attention they usually give and I actually spent more this time.
Well if they break your car they should fix it. If they don't, take them to small claims court.
Took my car here and came out with 1400.00 in damages. The manager even sat in his office with me and looked at the video tapes and agreed my car didn't arrive with damage. He sent me to First Choice Collision to get an estimate and now he is refusing to pay for the damages! Just wrong to do to people. Do not recommend this place!
They are crooks! A manager admitted to my Mom that damage was caused by an employee. He also encouraged her to sue because he was never gonna pay for it. You must love losing business over a few hundred dollars. Going to the BBB and yelp next.
Always nice ,friendly, and they do really good work. Yesterday was packed and they still got my truck washed in a timely manner and it looked great. Plus free pop corn. Woo whoop!
I always go to Suds. They do a great job � The inside carpet is always vacuumed very well. The windows are always cleaned. The wheels are always very well cleaned and then the wheel shine put on them. It's convenient to get to and then, I can go to H-E-B and buy all my groceries.
My company car is very clean after detail. But they do not dry the seats after washing. I tried airing my car out. 2 days later I have mold in passenger seat and a car that reeks! Tried calling to complain, no answer.
