They always do a good job and this time was special because the girl got something off the car that no one else has been able to remove.
I had my SUV cleaned yesterday! It was crowded and like a zoo so hectic. The employees were awesome did not miss a beat! They took care of my vehicle in record time with all that was going on there! Kudos to the Suds team!
Just finished cleaning my car in the blazing August sun after having my car wash done this afternoon with you guys. This place used to be top notch, but now I had to come home to get a damp cloth to wipe down my car. Windows had soap residue, lower part of doors was dirty, and there was some kind of gooey drops of some product on my hood that I had to scrape off. Customer service is amazing but I expected a better job.
I just left here getting my 2016 GMC Acadia oil changed and detailed went with the big package and the car still needs to be detailed there are still dead bugs and such on the front, grim around the fuel tank, the interior still has sand left everywhere (we just left the beach, which is why we needed the detail) they never even cleaned my windshield, I know this because there was a piece of tape from where a parking attendant left my receipt and it is still there. The detail place is a joke.
