My windshield was broke in the carwash and the general manager oscar refused to fix it. I have went over the cameras and shows my vehicle going into the carwash with mo crack and going into the detailing bay with a crack on the glass.
The attendant took advantage of my son on getting a 60.00 car wash. When he left to get it cleaned it turned out to costing him 200.00. My son was embarrassed to ask why it was costing so much more and went ahead and payed it. He came in and told us about what had happened and was not happy about it. We decided to go speak with the employee that helped him and asked if she explained the extra cost and she stated she thinks so. That should not have been a question in her mind! My mother and I went in today to get our cars both washed and detailed. They sucked at washing it and they didn’t even detail it. I got back in my car to dirt and mess still on my console. My windshield wasn’t cleaned and neither were my seats. My mother’s car was much worse than mine and the guy argued with her for 20 minutes about how they were not going to clean the bugs off because she didn’t pay “EXTRA” for the bug cleaner? Took truck to get washed. When I came to pick it up the door handle was ripped off. The manager insisted it was like this previously and wasn’t his problem. Will not be going back.
Paid extra to get the inside cleaned And it’s horrible tons of missed spots and they didn’t even get under my back seats that I pointed out that it needed to be done. I didn’t check it over until I got home but I won’t be going back.
