Terrible office staff. Multiple mistakes. Constantly calling and having to change appointments. Inconsiderate . Cancelled appointment last minute which gave no time to find a doctor before the end of the year. Now I am unable to get procedure done. Staff and doctor knew that I, the patient, couldn't afford the copay for the injections to be done in January and that this needed to be done in December. They would not work with me to get another provider in practice to do injections. Unethical!!!
Office area chairs very uncomfortable, all beat down and actually painful to sit in. Had a 3:30 appt and didnt get in till 4:45. Dr was apologetic but unacceptable as my wife was in distress having to wait post stroke. Receptionist was more interested in obtaining my $22 co-pay (which I didnt have an acceptable card) than getting my wife seen. Dr ordered new MRI which we will use for another Dr to review.
