These folks are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes resolving technical system issues.
I've worked with a lot of IT teams, mostly internal IT teams with the corporation I worked at. None of the those individuals or teams come close to the 5-star++++ experience I have with Succurri and its staff. They're great -- "great" as in hall of fame worthy. And even when they're not perfect, and that's usually because it's a first time type of issue, I can see (hear) them troubleshooting all sorts of potential root causes. You will never find a better team to manage your IT needs. Fast, Top-Notch, So very knowledgeable and on top of the newest issues and fraud. Can't recommend them enough
Brenda is great at quickly understanding my issue and getting a tech assigned. Heber had the technical knowledge to resolve my problem but gets extra points for having patience with me.
