Dishonest! A realtor with this agency, Nadia Charmelus, acted as a front for a wholesaler and kept us tied up in contract for two months without any intention of actually closing. We pulled the plug on the contract and found that her buyer never even submitted earnest money. Will not do business with her in the future.
