I gave a offer on a house they were selling at the list price, said they would except it, and then later said that someone offered more money. Pretty sure they told the other people what we offered. I would avoid this company seeing they do sketchy deals. why would they wait 2 days after deadline to get back to us. If you did not want to except the offer say no, don't keep us waiting 2 days. Ron alliere was the realter.
