Horrible experience with this company. One week before we were set to move into a rental our real estate agent contacted them and was told they had decided not to rent to us after the lease had been signed by all parties and a security deposit was delivered to them. They then did not return said security deposit to us until it was made clear that if they did not return the money that we would be hiring a lawyer. Terrible business practice and horrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Kerrie Doherty helped us sell our house in Braintree. Before we even signed with her she gave us a lot of feedback and great references to get some work done. Once we were ready to sell she dealt with everybody and saved us a lot of aggravation. Thanks to her we had a positive experience and things went smoothly.
