Subzero worked with us to find a heating & AC system that would fit into our budget and meet our needs. They set up a plan to replace our system in 2 stages, which worked perfectly for us. There willingness to take the time to work with us set them apart from others. They also (without being asked) sent us informaton on all of the parts to be included in the system, so I could verify up front they used quality equipment. The removal of the old heat pump equipment and the installation of the new equipment went smoothly. We are extremely happy with the new unit. Subzero was professional in everything that they did for us. We would highly recommend Subzero and their services.
Liked them from the start. They were straight forward and easy to talk to. They totally explained the project and what they were going to do. They certainly know their job. Customer had Squeaky floor boards. Blamed are duct but noise was there when we started. Nothing i could do about it.
helpful with good expertise. Much lower cost than the gas company rep. Switched from oil to gas and everything went smoothly. Price was exactly the same as the quote.
Good clean job, was able to work through several unexpected issues with complete professionalism. No complaints whatsoever.
Replaced existing gas fired hot air furnace. Very competitive quote. Good communication through out the process. Arrived on time and completed the installation in a single day. I was on site all day and had the opportunity to talk with Dave and his partner. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Overall a very good experience.
I contacted many contractors. Most had different ideas. Subzero had the best idea for what i had in mind and the most affordable. I had a new heating system along with additional duct work added and a new cooling system. My main desire was to get 2 zones . I feel confident that we will experience the difference in the winter months as well as the summer. They showed up when they said they would. They came in and finished the job in a timely fashion.And they never put us off.
I was a little skeptical because his price seemed too good to be true. I wanted ductless split systems from Fujitsu and I have NO idea why they are so expensive, but Dave offered the best price, installed. His proposal was straightforward and there were no surprise costs. The amount quoted was the amount paid. I have to give Dave credit for coming into a job site where they were a little hostile. My contractor quoted me a far higher price for these units and I told him I would get my own person. They weren't exactly friendly... read more
