The owner of the company gave me a call and came out for the job appraisal on the same day. I received the appraisal that evening. He was there two days later and the complete install was done in two days and it works great. About the owner and his crew, they were great, polite, kept the work area clean and completed the central A/C in two days with quality equipment at a very reasonable price. They contacted me first of all the contractors, came out to provide an estimate days before the others set up an appointment. They actually finished the installation before the other appointments were scheduled! The new system was up & running in less than five days from the first phone call to finished. Can't beat that. They are very efficient and open. He advised on all the options that I asked about & was open to all options. The install took less than 5 hours, top to bottom. Friendly & courteous crew. I recommend them.
This project was done a long time ago but they were efficient and got the job done in our South Boston apt.

Im a little confused. We did this job in 2009 and never got a single compliant and as it says in the review we were efficient and got the job done why then did we receive a 3.5 star.
subzero did a great job for me, am yet to fully enjoy my appliance when i move in fully, i still have some work to do in the house. the company was on time, and precise, they cleaned up, and removed old appliance as they said, i will hightly recommend subzero to a friend, i will give them a 10
Subzero was excellent. They came when they said they would, called if running late. They were clean and organized and knew what they were doing. We were very happy and would recommend them to others.
David McKinnon, owner, was professional, punctual, helpful, extremely bright, educated and patient. He waited patiently for his scheduled emergency appointment with us on a Saturday during a brutal heat wave while we got waylaid in oversell by Sears...while waiting, he took a look at the system, ascertained what was wrong, fixed it, made his presentation including recommendation and cost and had the new system installed 48 hours later.
