N̈o doubting things are changing. But ,when I go to a national brand store, I expect them to honor the coupon approved by corporate. But this store refuses to do this. Instead they post a office generated disclaimer, printed in a small font, without the benefit of a attention getting header. The purpose of this disclaimer is to disallow the national coupon. Everytime I go there I have an issue. Last time the order name was wrong and they were trying to say my last 4 digits of my card wasn’t the same as what was put on the online order I look at the receipt it doesn’t even say a card number at all she was reading the account # on the receipt and had to get the owner to give me my food I had proof that those were my two sandwiches and they were still giving me a issue. Usually not one to complain about a fast food chain but this is the second time I’ve ordered a sub from here online and they made it completely wrong. Ordered one turkey and one turkey and ham “local favorite” on Italian herbs bread They gave me 2 turkeys on white bread no ham on it and this is second time this has happened. This is unacceptable I live 45 mins from subway so it’s not like I can drive back and swap it out for the right one. This is ridiculous and I will not be back to this subway.
