I had a really bad experience at Subway and I think people should be aware. I ordered a nacho chicken sub online. When I got home and took a bite, I could immediately tell something was off. I checked and it wasn’t chicken at all, it looked like ham or some kind of red meat. I don’t eat that and I’m actually allergic to it, so this was a serious mistake, not just a small mix-up. Showed up at 8:00 AM after working out to grab a quick bite before work(it says on the door they open at 8:00). Some guy inside was doing something saw us and then continued to do something im not sure what. As he walked out we asked if they were open yet and he just ignored us and locked the door and left. Their staff doesnt even care.
I ordered a customized tuna sandwich and this Subway location got everything correct. Delivery was quick. Will order again. Update: I have ordered from this location several times and my order is always correct and fresh.
Out of onion and old lettuce. Unacceptable. Need to train employee to be more outgoing/communicative and smile.
