Ordered two subs online… I called the store because I needed some thing added to the order… young guy wanders the phone and I tell what I want added and he tells me that he will make sure that he will add it… I pick up my food and get home only to see that not only did he not add the things I asked him about, but the bread on both sandwiches was hard as rock, and it tasted old.. this is my second time going to this location to get old, stale tasting bread… I will not spend another dime there….. Great sandwiches ALWAYS but employees need certification on taking care of and keeping the customers happy and being friendly....a smile on bad or down day will turn worlds upside down and I side out so jUST SMILE and wave guys smile and wave
The manager at this establishment is extremely rude and disorganized. I believe her name being lydia. I have seen her being rude to her employees on more than one occasion, and is not kind to customers. Every other subway in troy is a better option than this one, don’t go here, just go to either of the options on 231.
The young lady on night with the dreads does a really good job the young foreign. Lady dsnt stock the bar or the sauces she monitors her phone
