Honestly can give any stars because we couldn’t get in. The open house online and on the building say open until 9pm but got there at 8:40 and it was closed. If you’re going to close before 9 you should adjust your hours to reflect that.
Extremely disappointed with the Subway in Hoover. I arrived nearly 30 minutes before closing time, only to find the doors already locked. Both the sign on the door and the store’s Google listing clearly state that closing time is 9 PM. Despite several employees visibly sitting inside doing nothing, they refused to acknowledge or serve customers. This is unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone
