Kevin was getting slammed with orders and multiple online orders. Kept his cool with a smile and helped the only other employee when she needed help
Got here and was at the door at 8:44PM and it was locked. I called the store and asked if they closed early today? Because I could see several employees in there, and nobody was in like at all. He said no they aren’t closed early, I let him know I was here and the door was locked and he said yeah we locked the door for the night. Super frustrating. Maybe it’s subways standard but I highly doubt it as I have no ever had this problem before. At least 16 min early?? Did all 1 stars as I couldn’t rate a sandwich I didn’t receive
The last three times I have order a Titan Turkey they have put less than half the number of turkey slices that is suppose to come with the sandwich. This is before I mention all the other errors like giving me Italian when ordering flat bread, etc....
I ordered online via their website. I wasn't able, from what I saw, to make my own, so I picked a pre-made one. It was still great. The order was made on time when I showed up.
