Unacceptable that they have a HABIT of running out of cups for water. I have cancelled at least one order re to not being able to obtain any free water. I plan on cancelling each and every future order when, NOT "if", this happens again and to give them the low review rating they rightfully deserve. What is so difficult about putting in a cup order in a timely fashion??? I prefer water, and I expect it to be free. I don't have this problem at McDonald's. Always fresh and quick!!
Visited this location today 11/3/24 and walked out without food because the experience made me lose my appetite. Last time I was here, I watched customers stand and wait while the owner screamed at his employees in the back room! He wasn’t there today otherwise I would be telling him this in person. The guy making our subs didn’t listen and decided to play with the register instead of finishing our subs and came back and touched our food with that same dirty glove! No thanks!!
