Unacceptable that they have a HABIT of running out of cups for water. I have cancelled at least one order re to not being able to obtain any free water. I plan on cancelling each and every future order when, NOT "if", this happens again and to give them the low review rating they rightfully deserve. What is so difficult about putting in a cup order in a timely fashion??? I prefer water, and I expect it to be free. I don't have this problem at McDonald's.
