If someone asks for a sandwich and a salad a certain way, that’s what is expected by the customer. I have gave this restaurant several chances and I am fed up with the service that I’ve been getting. When I asked the person if my food was made the way I asked the person looked at me with a blank face and said I didn’t make it so it’s not my problem. So sick of spending hard earned money to get CRAP service and food. We don’t just pick what we want to eat for our pleasure. Some of us have food allergies and things. This was the WORSE experience ever!!! I love Subway salads 🥗 but I don’t like a salad that doesn’t have half of what I asked to be on it! Something needs to change!! PERIOD! So disappointed
Honestly I’m very upset with subway at the moment. I ordered from them on DoorDash and they left out a Mountain Dew and chips. The food tastes fine but it feels like they don’t value their customers as much as they should when it takes them nearly 40 minutes to make an order and they don’t double check that they’ve given you everything you paid for.
