I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated at this Subway location on Monday, July 21st. I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 3 years, coming in about three times a week. Very disappointed in our experience... It's safe to say we will not be back at this location. It starts with this place being a 1000° on the inside of this location and them not wanting to run the AC until customers complain about the temperature inside the establishment. I am extremely disappointed in Subways hospitality this evening. The man who is working the front had an extremely bad attitude. He was irritated that I was ordering 3 foot longs, he said I can only pick 3 toppings even though I offered to pay for the olives I wanted to add on one of the subs. He was getting more and more frustrated every time a new customer walked into the store and waited in line.
