Let me start off with the fact that the lady serving us had straight attitude, I asked her about the menu and she gave off a vibe that entirely ruined my day, secondly, we found a hair in our food and told her an showed her and she proceeded to roll her eyes and seemed completely irritated at us. Worst Subway experience I've had in years—stingy toppings and terrible customer service. I went in excited to "have it my way," ordered my usual Italian sub with extra black olives because I love them. The employee started with maybe 4 sad little olive slices total across the whole footlong. I politely asked for more, he added a few to get to about 8-10, and I said "can I please get some more olives?" His response? "No, I can't—my boss is already saying 'you're putting too many olives on the sandwiches.'" He literally refuse... read more
