Ordered a tuna sandwich and was given an extremely thin scrape of the very last tuna in the container. I politely asked if more tuna could be added, and when a fresh container came out, the manager stepped in and said anything more would be “extra,” claiming I already got my portion. I clearly didn’t. Paid full price for very little.
Tell me why we came at 9:01 this location doesn’t close till 10 pm open sign off doors closed employee was making some ones sandwich at that moment as well doesn’t make much sense losing out on money
Just went to this awesome Subway. Super clean, the friendliest staff, and an amazing sandwich!! 5 stars all the way!
Luke is killing it with the subway on sunset, easily the cleanest subway I have seen in years. The team was super helpful and efficient- even the trainee, Gage, was awesome. I’ll definitely be putting subway back onto my list of eating out options because of these guys.
Awful experience, the young man working was very rude. I was trying to use coupons I got sent in the mail. He tried 3 of them and none of them worked. I asked him why he was insinuating I had already used them and I was trying to use them again. After the 3rd one he realized it was the system. He stated he was going to give me a deal, with a free bag of chips. Then he changed it and acted like he didn't say that. And I was lying. When other customers heard him too.
