This is by far the worst service I’ve ever had at a subway
I enjoy my sandwich so much.. I came back everyday that week.. it's the night time manager who made it for me.. she appears to be mean at first glance but her sandwich and customer service was amazing I forgot her name but she's a dark skin short lady with dreads.. she's was amazing best thing to happen on the night shift.. I only eat when she's there because she actually listens and make the sandwich how it should be
Very dark energy or presence in the space, no one says hello, they just stare at you til you speak, just too much negative attitude and energy in the space; the people that work there. Coulda had a better sandwich and experince elsewhere.
Honestly quite disappointed. I know it was pretty late in the day, but aside from my bread being stale, to put so little dressing on a sandwich that I requested so much of it for is just a shot in the foot. App ordering is just pointless, as apparently neither of my requests were understood. I guess it's impossible to get a sandwich that isn't cut in half...
Twice now we’ve paid extra for bacon and it’s been left off. Both times the bread seemed at least a day old.
