Management is not enabling success. This restaurant accepts online orders, but they don’t seem to have enough staff to deal with rushes. If you go here during lunch, the women behind the counter are working SO hard, but the line barely moves. They’re so busy with online orders that they can’t get through the line with reasonable speed. If management can’t hire someone to help with lunch/dinner rush, I don’t see this changing. Almost $13 sandwich. Order Bacon lettuce and cheese. Get home and this is what I got. A strip and half of bacon and about a lb of lettuce 🤢
Great service if you can actually get a server. I’m normally not all that bothered by things like this as I work in customer service. However, it is not the first time I have gone to this specific establishment and had no one acknowledge that there was a customer in the building. No employee to be found.
