I eat here multiple times a week. The manager running it and his employees remember me every time I walk in, know what I want and even remember conversations about my work and they ask how specific things are going for me. Always fast and friendly. Very impressed with this location! Even tried to recruit him to work for me at one point. The door is always open if he wants to! Great staff!
Update: This Subway location seems to be closing early often. The sign on the door says that this location is open until 9:00 p.m. everyday. Yet, here I am at 8:15 pm and the employee inside pretended not to see or hear me when I walked up and pulled on the door thinking they'd be open. This has happened to me 3 times and to my wife 2 other times. We've also been made to feel guilty for ordering from this location as early as 7:45 because they are trying to pack up for the night. Had the worst experience in this location. Stopped by to order sandwiches for my entire family and use their BOGO promotion. I was informed that I needed to place the order in the app which I sat in the store and did....The orders took the money out of my account but they didn't show up in store....when I brought this to the staff members attention, he informed me that he had no orders and "sorry, I can't help you". Walked in and there’s a homeless man sleeping in a booth today . Seems like workers don’t care but noticed as people walked in , everyone is looking at him. Looks like the last time I’ll come to this particular subway. I’m sure others are thinking the same thing.
