I don't understand why rude people are in customer service positions. This lady was so rude I hope I never have to deal with her again
The morning girls did a great job and we’re friendly my favorite sandwich here if you need a sandwich, order Italian herbs and cheese bread, five meat Italian sandwich, double meat toasted with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo with salt and pepper on the tomatoes
Tasted so bad like armpits I can’t eat it I would really like a refund but I don’t want to drive all the way bk an I asked who the new owner was they would not tell me I use to work for Jason at this store an it was better an I still want to no who is the new owner
Worst customer service! There were two girls working and did not greet me when I came in. The lady making my sandwich had the worst attitude like if she didn’t want to be there. I don’t know what it is with Owasso Subways! Horrible service all the time. I guess I will continue to eat at the subways in Tulsa. Hire people that actually want to interact with people!!!
I ordered my sandwich that was supposed to be ready at 11:00 am. Went in to get it and it went to my car. My sandwich was really cold and I walked back in to tell the employees that it was supposed to be toasted because I didn’t think it was because of how cold it was.
