Ordered some subs on the app like we always do and have done for years and it says it'll be ready in 20 minutes and we get there and they say they don't have the order anywhere. I have my phone which clearly shows that it was ordered and that it was paid for. They would not honor this. There is no way you can cancel your order from the app. Calling the restaurant they did not give me any customer service number or anyone to call. I've lived here 30 years and I've gone to this Subway for decades but I will not go there again.
Exelente atención al cliente muy amables
Ordered a foot long sub and got meat portion of a 6". Asked for extra onion and told can't have extra toppings...onions...REALLY. The customer service is lacking, acting like serving me was an inconvenience. Probably won't be back.
They ladies are super friendly and attentive to your requests. The food is really good and the lemonade is great! The location is clean and tidy. My favorite location to get subway!
