This location is an absolute joke. We have given them many chances to do better, our shop is located within blocks of this place and we have gone numerous times over numerous years. Today was extremely exceptional. Employee was sad because we ordered 4, yes a whopping 4, sandwiches. When asking about what was wanted on a sandwich, and replied with "the works" he looked like a foreign language was spoken. This spot is slow, even if you place an online order expect to wait another 10-15 minutes. Staff here likes to take their time, don’t expect to be in and out.
Terrible customer service. Nobody welcomes you. The staff acts like they don't want to be there and that you're being a bother to them. The kid that works the lunch hour is super unfriendly. He got irritated that I asked for a meatball sandwich. Not a fan of this location at all.
The worst subway I have ever been to! You have been warned! 20 dollars for a protein bowl and they weigh the meat lol stingy owners. Disgusting place dirty flies everywhere! Where is the health inspector?
